Scholarships are based on the need community associations have for CAI services and financial need. 
The scholarship package for each association includes:

• One year's membership for an association representative in CAI
• Free lunchs at the chapter monthly membership meeting for one year
• Common Ground magazine subsription
• Membership in the National Community Association Volunteer Committee Member Resource Group
• Access to all CAI resource and publications, plus Oregon Chapter membership, newsletter, 
• Discounts on all chapter activities
