Ray Myers (Charter Construction) - has over 20 years of field construction, project management and management experience. Ray has been at Charter Construction for 12 of those years and has been instrumental in creating Charters Specialty Projects Team, which focuses on assisting community associations in implement their maintenance and small to mid-sized repair plans. Ray currently manages both the Specialty Projects and the Disaster Solutions (24/7 emergency response) Teams at Charter Construction with a special emphasis on multi-family properties.
Kevin A. Eike (Aldrich Eike P.C.)- Joined the Aldrich Eike firm in September of 2006 and became an owner in 2011. Kevin has litigated more than $150 Million worth of construction defect claims over the past decade, ranging from small claims related to single family homes, to large claims involving Home Owners Associations, Apartment Complexes, Condominiums, Townhomes, Hotels, and Commercial Buildings.
This event will have two (2) sessions where you will be able to sit with the industry expert of your choice and ask questions, as well as hear the experiences and successes of fellow HOA members. Homeowner and Board members will be able to ask questions as part of a roundtable discussion. Depending on the volume of participants, it is possible that not all questions will be answered
